Professional Development

We Teach Our Candidates to Inspire People.

The Raise the Divebar Instructor Development Program embraces a successful, proven concierge approach, designed specifically for its valued professional candidates.

Working with respected PADI 5 Star IDC Centers in Florida & the Caribbean, we have numerous PADI Instructor Examination opportunities every year. This allows us to create a specific curriculum schedule to satisfy personal success on a student’s professional path as an Open Water Scuba Instructor and beyond.

We strive to provide one of the finest PADI IDCs and Instructor training programs available. Every student is a direct reflection of his or her mentor. Raise the Divebar adheres to the highest training standards for every student.

With such a commitment to thorough, quality-driven education, our instructors always find work in the dive industry—locally, and spanning the globe.

No matter if a student is a local candidate or chooses to travel from far & wide to complete training with us, we pride ourselves on a special course design specific to a student and his or her goals.

With a personal approach to our instruction, we nurture & cultivate our students with a relaxed methodology that inspires learning, adapting and reflecting—allowing us all to learn together.

Education is a shared experience, giving us the time to address attention-needing areas in a student’s studies, while fine-tuning the learning process and building on a student’s strengths.

IDC Schedule

A candidate’s schedule will be allocated for the special considerations of individual needs. The schedule will be determined by the initial meeting with our Guidance Team.

With each student, we build comprehensive dive education plans that reflect the needs of the student—all centered on developing a student’s personal and professional goals.

The Raise the Divebar Instructor Development Program has total-emersion-programs capabilities, conducted during a seven-day period, and complete with Master Scuba Diver Trainer Prep, or a personally crafted schedule option—for a candidate’s erratic schedule considerations.

Raise the Divebar is completely committed to a candidate’s success and structured professional development.
