DETAILS

Academic

Students will learn the tools of the trade — navigating with natural clues and by following compass headings. During three scuba dives, students will practice:

Key differences between the terrestrial and aquatic worlds

Major aquatic life groupings, interactions and information that dispels myths

Responsible interactions with aquatic life

Equipment

Students will need basic scuba equipment, a compass and underwater slate. When we meet to set up the course, we can discuss other gear options, such as a dive light.

To talk with our PADI Course Director, contact Michael Casey by calling (267) 257-9782.
